It is the best option for delivering a robust target architecture. Remember, the development team is depending on you to deliver a quality architecture product.

How would you employ the ADM as an enterprise architect, in conjunction with an agile development team? Much of your introductory work in the Preliminary phase through Phase D needs to be done in advance of the development team receiving it for solutioning and implementation.

Ideal timing is to deliver the last enterprise architecture outputs in Phase D just before the development team begins its solution and implementation entering their next agile release.
