How are you keeping track of your nutrition? Hi Todd. Great site and info. I workout in the morning after a glass of milk or fruit. Current plan: I sit and study for my board exams all day and I really cant eat that much food without feeling bloated like Sagi recommends since I am sitting all day after my workout.

I don't think I will get bulk based on my diet, but hopefully stay lean till I am off my ass.

I dont know if body beast is the BEST solution. I think something like P90X2 with a bulking nutrition plan might be a better fit for you as an athlete.
