The workout pages were both very nicely designed and executed. They were divide The Bikini Body Guide: They were divided in different stages weeks and days and target areas. Not only that, but the pages also illustrated how each workout move is to be properly done. This glossary is so-and-so in my opinion. They might be useful to people who are new to working out, but as I had no need for this, half of the Bikini Body Guide: Workouts was practically useless to me.
Kayla Itsines laid out the subject in a nicely matter. The workout plans are very realistic and more than doable. The information, as well as tips and tricks, at the back was very inspiring and helpful.

Fans of the program regularly submit success stories, including progress pictures showing before and after. I am pretty active and am looking for something I have not tried.
